Glazewise made the process of replacing two windows very easy. They turned up on time to quote, explained all the possible options and suggested some enhancements, provided the quote the same day, turned up when they said they would the following day to complete a survey. All very friendly and straightforward, no heavy sales pitch. Waited around 3 weeks for the windows to be fitted and again, the fitters were considerate, covered the areas they were working in and cleared away the old windows, also hoovered around their working area and completed the fitting in only a few hours. The windows look like what I expected and i'm very happy with their work, from quoting through to fitting. Each and every person we have interacted with so far have been polite, friendly, professional, and of upstanding character. These attributes are an extremely rare commodity nowadays, and I cannot stress the importance of this enough.
